What does this tool do?

You fill in five fields — name, industry, what makes you different, your city and the platform — and the generator builds three bio variants from them: a short and punchy one, a narrative one, and one with a call to action. Every variant respects the character limit of the chosen platform (150 for Instagram, 255 for Facebook, 220 for LinkedIn, 80 for TikTok) and shows live whether you are staying under it.

How do you pick the best variant?

Read the three variants out loud and pick the one that sounds like how you would talk to a customer. If there is a red cross next to the character count, cut your USP sentence first — that is usually the longest one. Feel free to replace the default CTA with something concrete: "Book via the link" works better than a generic "Contact us". And after pasting, check how your bio looks on your phone; line breaks sometimes fall differently on mobile than in the preview. Don't forget your Google Business Profile and TikTok either — a consistent bio across all your channels makes your business more recognisable.
