2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to any use of the Promobuddy.ai platform, whether you have a paid subscription or use the free tier. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
3. Account
You are solely responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per company — shared accounts are not permitted.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Amounts are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time: your subscription will then remain active until the end of the current period and will not be renewed thereafter.
5. Use of the service
It is not permitted to use Promobuddy.ai for content that is contrary to the law, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or deceptive. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
6. AI-generated content
Posts and images are generated in part by AI. While we do our best to deliver quality output, you can always review and edit your content before publishing. We are not responsible for the factual accuracy of AI-generated texts — final review is your responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
Promobuddy.ai and the underlying platform are the property of Wefixit BV. The content you generate through the platform is your property — we only use it to provide the service to you.
8. Liability
Promobuddy.ai is a tool. We exclude liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the three months preceding the incident.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you by email. The most recent version is always available on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.
